How to return and exchange

RETURNS

Only products purchased directly from the website can be returned at foxlee.lk. You may return new, unworn, or unused products in their original package within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the goods were shipped to you. If the goods have been used, they will be returned to you, and no exchange will be offered.

According to our policy, if 1fouteen (14) days gone by your purchase, unfortunately we will not be in a position to offer you a refund or exchange.

EXCHANGE

We are more than happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@foxlee.lk or at 0715 364 200.

You may exchange new, unworn, or unused products within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the goods were shipped to you. Foxlee.lk will only allow exchanges for items that are of the same or lesser value as the original style purchased. If you would like to make an exchange for a style of a higher value than the item originally purchased, you need to pay the balance amount.

All our products except sale items and discounted items are eligible for returns and exchanges, no questions asked. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. As you agree, we won’t accept goods damaged after purchase. Please note that sale items or discounted items will only be eligible in case the products are defective, damaged, or not as described.

Please note that exchanges or returns do not apply for sale items or discounted items.

To initiate a return or exchange, please call us at 0715 364 200, or email info@foxlee.lk. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once you reach out to us, we will arrange the most convenient return option for you.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed within few days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@foxlee.lk or at 0715  364 200 .

RETURN DELIVERY

To return your product, you should mail your product to: No. 621/2, Bogaha Road, Gothatuwa New Town, Rajagiriya, Sri Lanka. But please contact us at info@foxlee.lk or at  0715 364 200 before you do so.

Delivery charges  is on us. You don’t have to pay anything for shipping delivery when you return the item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
